i want to find out the instructions on how to apply nivea goodbye cellulite body gel.?
like for example. do you apply it after you take a shower? how long do you have to massage it? do you wash it off afterwards? i bought the body gel but wasn’t able to find out the instructions to it. also, is it more effective if you use the patches too? –>nivea goodbye cellulite patches… pls. answer my question
Idk my husband massages it into my thighs and my jeans are fitting looser and my cellulite appears to be going away. I just massage it in real good and it seems to do the trick. But they do say the patches help it work better on stubborn cellulite areas where you have alot of it.
